As a family owned business since 1931, we’ve always tried to offer the best customer service along with innovative technologies. On July 28th we switched software systems to offer you a better customer experience. Your credit card info was successfully encrypted and securely transferred to our new system. However, there was a delay in the migration process and we may not have charged your credit card on file for services since July 28th.
This Sunday, August 28th all past due invoices will be paid with the credit card you have on file. There is no further action needed from you at this time.
You may view your current balance online by visiting your account. Please note that your credit card info may not show on your account until this Sunday.
